combination of expertise in ranching, real estate and finance give her an edge and insider

In 1995 Vivian started The Bridaham Collection, a boutique luxury real estate firm specializing in
luxury homes and estates, ranch real estate, and recreational and conservation properties in
Montana. She built a reputation for brokering only the most exquisite properties in the region.

After a decade of success with The Bridaham Collection, Vivian joined the Sotheby's International

Born in Chicago, Vivian has lived in Bozeman since 1988 and has owned her own real estate firm

the Gallatin Association of Realtors and a 2008 Luxe member of The Luxury Conclave. Vivian holds

Sales Associate for The Collection Sotheby's International Realty

The Collection Sotheby's International Realty has expanded its team and hired Sally Uhlmann as a
sales associate. Uhlmann brings a unique blend of business and sales leadership to The Collection
Sotheby's where she will build on her conviction that everyone has a responsibility to help their
community grow in a positive way. She wants to help introduce people to the Gallatin Valley with
the same hospitality given to her, and assist Sotheby's clients in finding unique properties that meet
their needs. Uhlmann has been an active member of the Bozeman community since relocating here
from Kansas City, and will chair this year's Museum of the Rockies Wine Classic event.

Prior to joining The Collection Sotheby's, Uhlmann was the founder, president and designer of
Salaminder Inc., a high-end clothing company that catered to specialty stores such as Neiman
Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. After selling the company, Uhlmann became one of the three
founding partners of Ariat International, an industry leader in equestrian boots. She also operated a
horse breeding farm and spent six years as the food editor of Kansas City Magazine and the

Jim Gorman has been involved in the real estate and development/construction industry since 1984. Since relocating to Bozeman in 1999, he has been involved in transactions involving large tracts of vacant land, single family residences, as well as multiple commercial transactions; both raw ground and income producing properties. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio he received a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte prior to beginning successful construction and neighborhood development companies in Naples, Florida. Harriet Kendall currently holds the roles of office manager and licensed sales assistant for The Collection Sotheby's International Realty. Kendall manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, including strategic planning, promotions and marketing, web maintenance, client services and accounting as well as servicing buyers and sellers. Kendall was born and raised in Washington DC later to attend Tulane University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology. She brings a love of international travel and national business experience from cities such as Washington DC and New York, and offers in-depth skills in organizational management and sales. Most recently, Kendall worked as a manager at Promotions West Inc., a specialty advertising company located in Bozeman, where she honed her sales and marketing experience. A sixth-generation Montanan, Kendall is anxious to share her love of Southwest Montana with The Collection Sotheby's clients.

Tracy Raich is a highly motivated, business executive with over 25 years experience in investment banking, asset management and consultative sales working closely with high net worth investors. Raich has joined The Collection Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate who will lend her expertise in serving buyers and sellers in the Livingston & Paradise Valley markets. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she was Sr. Managing Director of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc., in NYC. Raich is an accomplished deal-maker, dedicated to excellence in client service and high ethical standards.

Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tracy and her husband were exposed to the beauty of Paradise Valley, Montana while working in Yellowstone National Park as teens. Following a life long dream, in 1993 they purchased a property in Paradise Valley, permanently relocating to the area in 2003.

Tracy supports responsible economic development, but believes it must be accomplished with balance in order to preserve the area's agriculture, outfitting & tourism industries, rivers, streams, forest service lands and National Parks. She is a member of the Yellowstone Association and The Corporation of the Northern Rockies.
